I developed a concept know as the ‘Yogi Toolbox’, which is a method of integrating yoga into your life and adapting the practise to work for your routine and goals. Through this method, many clients find a deeper love of yoga and adopt it into their lives for the long-term. The ‘Yogi Toolbox’ is a way to also gently incorporate other wellness practises into your yoga class and life in a holistic approach. Such practises include Ayurveda, breathwork and meditation.
