This meditation encourages the mind to blur the division between real and unreal, allowing the body to heal, release and restore through the abstract visualisation of the blue spiral. Through journeying along the spiral and into our bodies, out of bodies into the golden glow, we allow the realms between physical and emotional to merge, creating a space for your somatic body to speak its truth.
This meditation is perfect to practise when you feel anxious, uptight or tight in your chest. It is a shorter meditation to allow for release and to free you from discomfort and bring back your power.
